The Grand Opening event of Redken Symposium 2013 set the stage to honor Redken’s Elite Salon of the Year winners to over 10,000 Symposium attendees. Among the top winners were Envision clients, Salon West and Randolph’s Salon.
Salon West, located in Largo and Clearwater, FL received the prestigious Powerhouse award for 2012. Owners Laura and Mike Peters began using Envision at their salons in 2004. Not only have they continued to grow with Envision Software, but they have also added Envision Access and Salon Vision to allow employees and clients to book appointments online or from their smartphones.
Randolph’s Salon, located in White Lake and Clark, MI, was honored with the Excellence in Education award for the second year in a row. Envision users since 2004, Mary and Scott Randolph use Envision to monitor overall growth of the salon and determine where their staff needs coaching.
