We have quickly outgrown our corporate office. In order to accommodate our growing staff and provide the best support for our customers, it is time that Ennoview, Inc. move to a larger suite. The new office will allow us to expand our customer support, sales, training, and development teams ultimately providing our customers with continued outstanding support and the latest technology.
As we move, you will not have any interruption to your installed Envision Software and day-to-day transactions. Automated appointment confirmations, SMS text messaging service with Roaring Surf, and Credit Card processing with Integrity Payment Systems will continue to run smoothly.
We will have a scheduled 4 hour maintenance window on Friday, October 25, 2013 beginning at 12:00pm EST for our phone system and online services. We expect to work through this period quickly and be reconnected as soon as possible. During this time, you will experience interruption of the following services:
- Phone System: We will be unable to receive any inbound calls during our move. We expect our phone lines to be back up by 4:00pm EST
- Technical Support: Phone support will be unavailable. Email support will be available for emergency requests. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for emergency support.
- EnvisionAccess: Connection to EnvisionAccess will be unavailable. This includes access to your EnvisionAccess webpage and iPhone and Android Apps.
- SalonVision: SalonVision website, online booking, Facebook booking App, and online gift certificate sales will not be available.
We will post there as soon as our phone systems and web services are live. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 9:00am EST.
